A publicly edited international dictionary providing words and phrases’ etymologies, translations, inflections, and meanings. I use it all the time

Basic words in various languages.
Duolingo Classroom
My retired teacher’s Duolingo class. Gives you infinite hearts, but removes all your friends.
Anki
A flashcard app for P.C. with spaced repetition (cards’ review frequency depends on how well you know them.)
